Metro-Boulot-Dodo’s Four Seasons is an ambitious, incredible, interactive, four part multi-media installation that reflects the different stages of life.
Four Seasons combines interactive technology, sound installations, stunning visual displays and the company’s trademark sense of humour. For the first time outside of London all four installations, including the newly commissioned SUMMER, were shown across Lincolnshire during Autumn 2011.
The Four Seasons was a major part of the Frequency Festival,Lincoln’sFestival of Digital Culture, a project led by Threshold Studios and driven by the University of Lincoln and LOV venues The Collection and Lincoln Drill Hall. The festival is funded by Arts Council England, Igniting Ambition (the East Midlands Cultural Olympiad celebrations) and Lincolnshire County Council. SUMMER is a co-commission between the Festival, The Collection, Lincolnshire One Venues, the National Theatre and Metro-Boulot-Dodo.
