Lincolnshire One Venues (LOV) are looking for Lincolnshire based, upcoming musicians, aiming to expand career opportunities, gain additional creative experiences and develop confidence working within the community, to support the EVOLVE music project.

EVOLVE is a school focused project that aims to build participation within music events and development for young people. The Emerging Music Leader will support young people to develop their leadership skills and increase their knowledge of music creation and production.

After completing a successful round of projects between September – February, the EVOLVE project is set to continue in April 2023. We hope for our EMLs to fully integrate within the LOV team and develop a range of skills working over the two years with our music community. 

We currently have 2 positions available, one based in Lincoln and the other in Grantham. Successful candidates will work with LOV one day a week, between April – July.

Title: Emerging Music Leader
Reports to: EVOLVE Project Co-Ordinator
Hours: 1X12 days = approximately 100 hours
Fee: £1,500 per Programme plus travel expenses
Location: Lincolnshire
